MSI Center的LEDKeeper2.exe进程不停往MysticLight的log文件写入错误信息

当Windows未开启位置服务开关时，LEDKeeper2.exe不停的往MysticLight.txt写入错误信息：

06/10/2024 18:47:48:136 下午 Weat GetCurrentLocation: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: 拒绝访问。

你的应用无权访问位置数据。请确保在应用程序清单中定义 ID_CAP_LOCATION，并在手机上通过选中“设置”>“位置”来启用定位。
在 System.Runtime.CompilerServices.TaskAwaiter.ThrowForNonSuccess(Task task)
在 System.Runtime.CompilerServices.TaskAwaiter.HandleNonSuccessAndDebuggerNotification(Task task)
在 System.Runtime.CompilerServices.TaskAwaiter`1.GetResult()
在 MSI_LED.SmartRGB.CSmartRGB.<GetCurrentLocation>d__7.MoveNext()

频率大约为1s一次，文件大小每隔几秒就增大1KB，造成一定的IO占用和磁盘占用
LEDKeeper2.exe路径：C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI\MSI Center\Mystic Light\LEDKeeper2.exe
MysticLight.txt路径：C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI\MSI Center\Log\MysticLight_Test\MysticLight.txt
